Colorholics Global Careis an international medical travel and patient coordination company supporting patients from Africa, the diaspora and other international communities.

We help patients navigate access to selected hospitals, specialist consultations, comprehensive health screening, international medical second opinions and selected advanced treatment enquiries in China and other international destinations.

Our role is to make the international patient journey easier to navigate by supporting medical case preparation, hospital and specialist enquiry coordination, appointment planning and medical travel arrangements.

Colorholics Global Care does not provide medical diagnosis or treatment. Clinical decisions and treatment recommendations are made solely by licensed hospitals and healthcare professionals.

With a particular focus on Africa and the diaspora, we support international patients by coordinating enquiries with selected hospitals and medical service providers and helping patients prepare for their medical travel journey.

Our Role in Your Patient Journey

Colorholics Global Care supports international patients through the non-clinical coordination stages of their medical journey.

Our role may include preparing patient enquiries for hospital review, coordinating communication with selected hospitals and specialist medical teams, supporting appointment planning and helping patients understand the next steps in their medical travel process.

Where required, we may also coordinate interpreter and local support arrangements, accommodation options and airport transfer support through selected service providers.

Throughout the journey, medical diagnosis, treatment recommendations and clinical decisions remain solely with the treating hospital and licensed healthcare professionals.
